Paradoxes of The Queen

Do not seek control, impart wisdom.

Control yourself, he will crave your direction.

Be kind, so you maybe strict. 

Be humble, you may deliver correction.

Be principled, so he understands.

Hoist him up, so he will kneel with conviction. 

Free him, and you will own him. 

Respect him, he will release his dishonest nature. 

Give him his wings, he will crawl to you. 

Give him his space, he will nudge closer. 

Reward him liberally, it will promote obedience.

Correct disobedience, but do it with the least force required.

Train him to avoid failure, but reward the smallest of successes. 

Control him, do not smother him.
